Health Images accepts most insurance plans. If you have a question about whether your insurance will be accepted, please call (303) 577-4000. Some insurance plans require pre-authorization and/or a referral. We will work with your referring physician to obtain these. We will ask for a copy of your insurance card and any referral form that is required by your insurance company when you arrive for your appointment.
