You are eligible to sign up for insurance benefits on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Example: If your start date is November 17, your health benefits will begin January 1. PTO and Sick Pay begin accruing on your start date.
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for the full benefits package if they work at least 1,000 hours within a 12-month period. PRN (as-needed) employees are not eligible for the full benefits package. Orthopedic Centers of Colorado (OCC) employees are not eligible for ESOP but are eligible for PTO and Sick Pay accrual as well as insurance benefits.
For interviews, business casual attire with closed-toe shoes is recommended. After hire, Envision Radiology scrubs will be provided within one to two weeks of your start date. Until you receive your scrubs, please wear business casual attire or plain, dark-colored scrubs with closed-toe shoes.
Paychecks are issued on a bi-weekly schedule.
PRN stands for “as needed.” PRN positions are scheduled on an as-needed basis with no set schedule. PRN employees must work at least one shift every six months to remain on payroll.
